Braid bar policies:
Please take a moment to review our updated policies prior to booking.
+ Hair Information:
• Ruwa Braiding Hair is available for purchase at the salon.
• I do not provide human hair, but if you have any questions about the type of hair needed for your style, feel free to reach out!
+ Booking Tips:
• If possible, please try to book the first or last appointment of the day. Mid-day slots (like 11 AM or Noon) can make scheduling difficult for other clients.
+ Deposits & Payments:
• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your service.
• Only select “Deposit” when booking—please do not choose “Pay for appointment in full.”
• Final payment via cash or Zelle. Credit card payments is an additional $5 fee.
+ Rescheduling & Cancellations:
• You can reschedule once without having to rebook.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
• DO NOT cancel if you need to reschedule! Simply go to your confirmation email and select “Reschedule.”
+ late Policies:
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may be resceduled.
+ Appointment Details:
• All add-ons (color blends, length, bohemian, goddess, etc.) must be selected at booking.
• Style changes are NOT allowed on the day of your appointment. If you need to make an adjustment, contact me before your appointment.
• Be sure to read all descriptions before booking—hair recommendations are listed for each style.
+ Guests & Children
To maintain a calm and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed unless being serviced.
Braid Bar loves the kids but if they are not being serviced.
+ Payments
Remaining balances are due at the end of service via zelle, cash or card.
+ Health & Safety
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
Braid Bar reserves the right to refuse service for safety, hygiene, or policy violations.
