Our salon is looking for a dedicated team-oriented braider, natural hair stylist and content creator to become a part of the braid bar. As a growing Business, we receive a high volume of clientele each and every day. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, a team player and has a passion for service. Candidates must be reliable and have a positive & professional attitude with a focus on outstanding services. This position requires the highest level of customer service- previous experience is a plus.

- must have a cosmetology liscense (natural hair stylist).
- must have a clientele.
- great insight to industry trends.
- Punctuality: adherence to posted schedule, arrival time and attendance.
- Maintaining a clean professional workspace, being organized and detail oriented.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Part-time and Full-time availability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in person and via phone- courteous and professional demeanor is a must.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and multitask/prioritize in a fast-past environment.
- Outstanding time and stress management skills are essential.
- Must maintain a clean and professional appearance. grooming and personal hygiene standards and expectations per standard of operating procedures.
- Being social media savvy is a must!
