Inventory:

Inventory is updated on a regular basis. We suggest you snag these unique pieces when we post them as they typically sell out fast. To stay up to date on new products and more, please sign up for our newsletter here.

PROCESSING Times:

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. In the event that we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS Mail unless stated otherwise. Tracking and delivery information will be sent via email once your items have been shipped. Please note that due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing delays in delivery. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your shipment after it has been shipped. If this time frame has passed, please contact us.

Returns+exchanges:

ABB offers a 7 day return policy. If you intend to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly issue you a store credit or offer an exchange for any unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise. clearance/sale items are final sale and not eligible for store credit/exchange. All returned items must be received in the original packaging with product tags in place. we ask that you cover shipping cost for your return.

Store credit processing:

Once your item(S) are received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the approval/rejection of your request. If approved, your store credit will be included in the email.

Exchange Processing:

We offer exchanges for the same item(s) only. if the item is out of stock at the time of exchange, you will receive a store credit for the total value of the merchandise. shipping costs are non-refundable.
